Automatic Cut and Clamp Film
The X100 has an automatic cut and clamp film system, means your operators do not need to hand cut the film or attach the film to the pallet anymore, our cut & clamp film system will do it automatically for you.

Remote control system

The X100 pallet wrap machine comes with a remote control therefore the operator, just needs to put the pallet on the turntable and press remote control start button and the machine will wrap pallet automatically. This means the forklift operator does not need to continually hop on and off the forklift. Which means the operate is at reduced risk of injury as many strains and pains are caused through frequently hopping on and off forklift trucks. Not to mention the operation no longer has a reason to find a way to defeat the seat belt interlock on the forklift to avoid putting it on and off a 100 times a day. Of course, we are certain that never happens in your workplace.

250% Film Stretch Rate
With our standard 250% film stretch rate the standard film can be stretch turning your 10m of film into 25m of film. Of course some claim there machines will stretch greater amounts but don’t be fooled. Most stretch films on the market can’t handle a greater stretch rate. So the machine may be able to do it but the chances are you film will not. Not only that but there is no one at this price point that can offer a fixed 250% stretch rate. The roping function also allows you to more securely wrap a pallet with less film as does our multi layer wrapping function but there more on these two features below. Of course if your current film cannot handle a 250% wrap rate we can offer a film that can

LCD touch operating system
SMART WASP pallet wrapping machine use the best touch screen “SIEMEN”, the reaction of the touch screen and functions is perfect. The touch screen can set the “turntable speed up & down speed and film carriage speed directly” and we also prepare for our customer 6 different wrapping programs, of course you can use any one or all of the programs or you can adjust any the parameter in any program and once you have got the programs just how you want them to be, it very easy to choose which program you want to use for each of your products. We are confident you can cover all your wrapping needs using one of the 6 programs.

Multi-layer Function

With this function you can set different wrapping circles, and different wrapping forces at any height that you want on your pallet. Maximum zones on any one pallet is 9. This is incredible amount of precision wrapping. Normal machines’ use a consistent wrapping force and speed from bottom to top and they cannot stop or achieve reinforce wrapping functions during the wrapping cycle. This combined with the ability to rope the wrap is just way beyond what our competitors can offer.

Let’s Talk Roping

I hear you ask what is film roping? Well, our power stretch head has a device that can roll/rope the bottom of the film which of course is adjustable. For sake of keeping, it simple, imaging you rolled out some stretch film and then rolled up the bottom 50mm into a 5mm thick rope, now try and break that rope. My guess is you can’t. This is exactly what the roping device does, and this ensures your film is not going to fail and it won’t stretch and fail so for those tricky loads you can secure them like never before. On the X100 the roping device is manually set. If you need to adjust roping in different parts of the wrapping cycle you will need our S300 or our X200 (This is a new feature on the X200 and only available on machines built from October 2022.)

Alarm and Light System
