Automatic Cut, Clamp and Film Wipe (Say goodbye to lose film tails)

Only the X200 has an automatic cut, clamp and film wipe system, which means your operators do not need to hand cut the film or attach the film to the pallet anymore, our cut, clamp and wipe film system will do it automatically. The wiping arm pushes the end of the film up against wrap on the pallet and in most cases due to the cling of the film it remains in place, so no longer do you need to worry about those unsightly film tails that need to be manually inserted under the film. Remote control system

The X200 pallet wrap machine comes with a remote control therefore the operator, just needs to put the pallet on the turntable and press remote control start button and the machine will wrap pallet automatically. This means the forklift operator does not need to continually hop on and off the forklift and this means the operator is at reduced risk of injury as many strains and pains are caused through frequently hopping on and off forklift trucks. Not to mention the operation no longer has a reason to find a way to defeat the seat belt latch on the forklift to avoid putting it on and off 100 times a day. Of course, we are certain that never happens in your workplace.

LCD touch operating system

SMART WASP pallet wrapping machine use the best touch screen “SIEMEN”, the reaction of the touch screen and functions is perfect. The touch screen can set the “turntable speed up & down speed and film carriage speed directly” and we also prepare for our customer 6 different wrapping programs, of course you can use any one or all of the programs or you can adjust any the parameter in any program and once you have got the programs just how you want them to be, it very easy to choose which program you want to use for each of your products. We are confident you can cover all your wrapping needs using one of the 6 programs.

Multi-layer Function

With this function you can set different wrapping circles, and different wrapping forces at any height that you want on your pallet. Maximum zones on any one pallet is 9. This is incredible amount of precision wrapping. Normal machines’ use a consistent wrapping force and speed from bottom to top and they cannot stop or achieve reinforce wrapping functions during the wrapping cycle. This combined with the ability to rope the wrap is just way beyond what our competitors can offer.

Let’s Talk Roping 

(Optional Feature) I hear you ask what is film roping? Well, our power stretch head has a device that can roll/rope the bottom of the film which of course is adjustable. For sake of keeping, it simple, imaging you rolled out some stretch film and then rolled up the bottom 50mm into a 5mm thick rope, now try and break that rope. My guess is you can’t and this is exactly what the roping device does, and this ensures your film is not going to fail and it won’t stretch and fail on those tricky loads and you can secure your loads like never before.

Alarm and Light System

Each machine is fitted with an indicator light on top of the mast.

Blue is machine in standby mode (What are we waiting for) Green is the machine operational (That what we like to see) Red is emergency or fault mode, the alarm also sounds when an emergency or fault is detected. “But that’s not all” our smart programming means that the machine not only records the fault it displays on screen tips and steps you through how to clear the fault, so that you are back up and running in a snap

Warranty 36 Months

1. Yes!!! that correct fully factory backed warranty that 36 months of peace of mind.
2. Some other offer warranties long than 12 months but they’re always some fine print. Either you must buy X amount of their film per year and/or you need to sign up to their costly service agreement. But not with us our 36 months warranty is factory backed and no special terms and conditions that lock you into buying from us forever and a day.

1. Of course we offer both to setup your machine and regular services. But this is entirely at your choice. We have an excellent installation tutorial video for the x0ps.  But if you would prefer we set it up this can be arranged in most areas.
2. We have a service team with technician in all Australia capital cities. So a technician is never far away.
